Fantastic stay near the Barbican!

super clean hotelfriendly hostseaside themehotel feel
The hotel was so super clean and tidy. Jakob was a friendly and very helpful host. The decor followed a seaside theme which i liked very much. The hotel offered a warm feel upon arrival and included tea, coffees and hot chocolate in the room which was good after my journey.
The shower water pressure was a bit weak, but it was manageable.
Rooms

The room had exposed brickwork and a feature window which i found interesting. Plenty of tea, coffee, and milk were available for hot drinks. The bed was also very comfy and inviting after a long day.
Facilities

Parking was free and on the premises, close to The Hoe and Barbican, good. The hotel is close to bars and restaurants around the Barbican, and just a short walk to the Hoe. I walked there and it was very easy.

I found a couple of things disappointing. the shower's water pressure was not great! it made it hard to wash my hair properly. also the bed. oh the bed! the mattress seemed like it had been through a war, and every time i moved, the bed frame let out a loud creak. It was far from ideal
